Refund policy

No refunds given for purchased, shipped, or received products.

Refunds considered within 24 hours of order prior to shipping if you contact the store and speak with owner via email (3llovelightlucid@gmail.com). Customers who abuse shopping privileges (ie purchasing items and them initiating a refund when you have received the item) will be banned from shopping with Shop Love Luxe upon decision of the owner. 

By purchasing products, buyer agrees not to hold seller accountable for use of any product in store. All ingredients for products have been disclosed and seller is not responsible for any health concerns of the buyer. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please contact the store first before purchasing (3llovelightlucid@gmail.com) and also your personal medical professional. Please consult a medical professional if you have any concerns about products prior to purchase. Herbal products may contraindicate with prescription drugs. 

All shipping takes place once a week on Thursday morning. If there are any changes to the shipping dates for any reason, customer will be emailed.

Please note that there may be slight variations in the scent of the Alchemy Oils due to blending and materials. All ingredients and formulas are the same. It may also smell different on you due to body composition. All Alchemy Oils are mixed with a particular energy in mind, so please read the oil description to determine what to buy.
